My review would be a 4.5. The rooms were comfortable, clean, nicely furnished. The king bed had a great mattress so sleep was very comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower was good. We did have a problem with the toilet, but true Kasa team did get that fixed on the second day we were there. There was no cutting board, but again, the team delivered one when notified. It was easy to communicate with the Kasa team via texting and they were pretty responsive. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the TV, as we never really got it to work well. Even though they said it was on WiFi, we seemed to get be able to get CNN after my husband worked with it for a while. Overall, our stay was great. This was in a pretty good part of town, near the Union Station, which made getting around by bus and train pretty easy. Also near the walking path next to the Platt River - a good place to walk.
