I had such a great time at Kasa Union Station Denver! The rooms were pristine and spacious, we ended up getting an upgrade, and we loved all the amenities! The gym is top notch, the onsite team was super responsive, and surrounding area was full of great restaurants and cafes, not to mention a beautiful park!

Good Concept, Bit Complicated in Execution. I found the place to be pretty cheap. When I opened the dishwasher, the whole thing pulled out. The aesthetic is nice, but it's all done on the cheap. There is a smell that is between stale smoke, must and cheap cleaning fluid. There are waaaay too many steps and directions for getting in and out of the place. If nothing else they could make the parking be a piece of paper for your dash so you don't have to worry about returning that on top of everything else. My room was very far from the elevator so ever trip was a trek. I think the concept is interesting for sure, just a lot of work for a one night stay. Would rather just do a hotel.

We will be back! Fantastic 5 days at Kasa Union Station! Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. Let cation was perfect - walking distance to some great restaurants. Coffee provided! We will be staying here again!

Nice stay - location is perfect, room spacious, parking garage is convenient (paid parking thru Kasa-$18 /day). had a couple of small issues with great response time. Check in easy if you read instructions. Even provides a short video on how to access building. Security is very good. One small detail that could use some attention is the light filtering shade in the bedrooms should be replaced with room darkening shades. The room faces the courtyard which is very bright.

The check in process was a little confusing. Make sure you first enter the building from the main entrance. The other entrances can be used after you have what you need. Otherwise it was simple and easy. Nice little place to stay.

Family loved our stay! Had a great experience taking the family to Denver. Kasa Union Station was centrally located to many activities, easy to walk around Downtown if needed, and provided our family the space to relax in between sight seeing. We loved that we were able to make meals, do laundry, and have room to roam when we got snowed in one day (as a giant snowstorm hit Denver). There were nice amenities (bbq grills, community room, pool, etc. too). Directions were clear, check-in/out easy, parking secure and underground, near a park, restaurants, and family activities. The building was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful clean room, but lots of hassle to get in The room was very clean and nicely decorated. But check-in was not easy, it would have been much better and easier with an actual receptionist. You must digitally enter the building, and then the room, which was easy. But then you have get a parking and elevator key pass from the room and go to your car to park. Once parked in the parking garage, the elevator pass would not work, elevator would not work. So we had to exit the parking garage and walk around building with all our bags back to front of the building to enter again. Lots of extra hassle.

This was our first time staying at a Kasa property and it was better than expected. Easy instructions for check in/out, fully stocked with everything we could need, clean and super stylish interior, and excellent amenities. I don’t always use the gym when I travel but this one was so amazing I had to check it out! The staff was quick to respond to my questions and even helped us get an early check in. I’m excited to book with Kasa in other cities and would book Kasa Union Station for our next Denver trip!

Quick overnight escape downtown! Spacious, clean, and easy to check-in and out. Favorite coffee shop in the morning -Hello Darling, just a 2min walk from the building. Always great, will stay again and again!

Slept well with a comfortable bed. Enjoyed walking along the Platte with amazing restaurants all around. We needed minor maintenance and Kasa was very responsive with a quick fix. Check-in and parking instructions were clear. We weren't able to charge our EV, though. We will stay there again!

Loved this location and unit! A few easily fixed minor issues (I didn’t flag these during my stay because I was only there 1 night and none of these were huge problems): - the bathroom and kitchen sinks didn’t drain well - the paper towel holder was broken - table and chairs were pretty wobbly - the lamps in the bedroom didn’t stay in place when trying to move the shade to a certain position I would definitely still recommend this place to fam and friends. The coffee machine outside the unit was a great perk, the view is awesome and overall it was a great stay!

Just know you need to hold your pass up high for garage entrance! Haha - took us a bit to catch on. But not an issue. Place was clean, quiet & convenient. Across from the park. Easily walkable to Union Station, and coffee shops. Nice gym too.

A modern hotel stay experience in a luxury apartment at a great rate! The entire check in process was automated and seamless. The unit is well designed and spacious with beautiful trim and mid-century modern furnishings and pristine upon arrival. Loved the Skoah bath products and building amenities were a nice perk as well. Jogged around the Commons Park a few times during my stay, and we enjoyed exploring the walkable neighborhoods around the area! I wish we stayed here longer!

The unit was in A condition, bed was comfortable. There were enough kitchen supplies that we could cook dinner in the unit. Coffee maker, complete with bags of coffee, sugar, creamer and filters were provided which was a nice touch. Kasa was responsive any time I reached out. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the thermostat. I couldn't get it to be anything other than 72 degrees no matter what I tried. I should have reached out. We would definitely stay at Kasa again.

This building is in a nice location and has a beautiful park across the street. Lots of people walking their dogs in and out. Found some great restaurants that are walkable. As well as a Whole Foods that is a 8 minute walk around the corner. I liked the one bedroom apartment I rented. The unit looked clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons; There was a strong bad smell that I smelled every time I came inside my apartment. Would describe it as a sour smell not cleaning product smell. The main entrance front door code doesn’t always work but I found when that happens, the front door by default is unlocked. Street parking is two hour limit everywhere.

First time in Denver. The Kasa Union Starion is in a really nice building, on a quiet, almost residential pocket, close to downtown. The rooms are large and well maintained. The fitness room is excellent. Building is also close to walking path along the river. Great restaurants, sporting events, and other sites all within close proximity. The "check in" and "check out" e-mails are kind of funny and over the top but easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.
