Great and super convenient place to stay while visiting family in this neighborhood of Denver. Loved being right next to park and river. Spacious, comfortable, seamless check-in, friendly messages. Coffee station well stocked. Location on Little Raven is super quiet, with easy walk to Union Station area (lots of stairs to get over RR tracks, but that was a plus for me!) and also in other direction to the pedestrian bridge over the river. Will come again.

Kasa was very responsive and accommodating. Amenities made it easy to wfh and the gym is well equipped. Love the area. There are coffee shops and grocery stores near by. 15 minute walk away is RiNO for restaurants, bars, and stores.

Great stay! Great stay! The unit is super convenient in downtown and easy to check in. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The coffee machines on the floors was a nice touch when you are just looking to grab a quick cup and not make a pot in the room. Highly recommend!

The location was great but from the beginning there were nothing but issues. My room was not the room I paid for. There was no balcony. I had to prove I paid for a room with a balcony. Waited over an hr all together before I got into a room that was suitable. The toilet didn’t work. You can’t ask anyone downstairs for anything. I had to fix the toilet multiple times. The bed smelled like Fritos so I went out late and got detergent and washed the bedding before I could even go to sleep. House keeping came at 10:54 , check out wasn’t until 11 and I was doing a last min walk through so I felt rushed. But there’s a $60 return item fee so I felt obligated to walk through a last time before leaving.

A perfect bachelorette weekend! This condo was absolutely perfect for a bachelorette weekend with my girlfriends from all over the country! Not only is it a perfect location near downtown Denver, it was a perfectly accommodating condo. The beds were firm & comfortable, and the condo was stocked with amenities we weren’t expecting, like coffee, creamer, olive oil, and a full set of cookware. We had a perfect time and Kasa made checkin & checkout super easy!

We rented the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Arrived at 6pm tried to go to bed at 11pm. Upon pulling back the blankets of the primary bed it became obvious the sheets hadn't been changed as we could see body imprints. THEN WE NOTICED THE SHEETS WERE COMPLETELY COVERED IN PUBIC HAIR!!!!!!! It was like someone decided to shave while laying in the bed. I have never not even in the worst place I've stayed experienced anything so disgusting and repulsive. We immediately called and no replacement rooms were available. I therefore requested a refund and was told they needed a managers approval 1st. We checked out at midnight and drove home 2hrs totally exhausted and disgusted. Now I get an email from a manager stating they'll refund me $100 of my $300 spent on this filthy room we didn't even get to stay in. Kasa does not fulfill their contract, they provide dirty pubic hair covered bedding, and disrespect their customers.

Great stay, seamless check in/check out. Spacious suite and a close walk to Union Station. Kitchen was fully stocked and I felt right at home.

Service v good and responsive. Only hassle was that they changed the door codes without telling us so we got locked out in the freezing cold!

Close to DUS. Good amenities.

Was a well located place for our stay and enjoyed the apartment.

The unit was beautiful and has convinced me to never go back to staying in a regular hotel ever again! The parking/entry process as a first time visitor was less than ideal, and the directions could be a little more clear, but once the kinks were worked out I was very satisfied with our stay, the amenities, and the location!

If you can deal with jumping through the hoops required to enter this place, especially after hours, the condos converted to hotel space are very nice.

The apartment was amazing. The location is prime. You can walk to union station. There’s a park across the street. It’s very clean the sheets and pillows smelled cleaned. It had all the amenities that you need.

Ok! So this place is absolutely amazing!! Thank god I got the 1 bedroom, my fiancé and I took a lot of naps; and I loved how when he wanted to sleep I could hang out in the living room or balcony! This over looks a park that is absolutely beautiful! Then like 2 blocks over, there like This awesome blue stair thing that leads you to beautiful down town!! It was amazing!! The apartment is so modern and there is everything you need in there!! The bathroom is awesome, the tub is huge! Perfect for 2. The big windows open to allow the fresh Denver air! The only thing is 1. Always take your key card with you!!!! 2 . Learn your way around , the elevators can get confusing!! 3 . Get Togo cups for the Starbucks coffee 4. The garage entrance is hard to get too, but just go around a few times and you will see it, In order to get in the garage, park in front (lobby) go up to your room, get your card and pass for garage then go to garage! Stick the garage card in window all the way to the right on dash- there is a sensor!! 3 then take that elevator to you floor! This is a different elevator from lobby. Literally, this place is amazing! We will never ever stay in a hotel again on vacation!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and perfectly located Likes: A comfortable, well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern upscale building (really, Starbucks coffee makers on every floor and in the lobby?! Wow!), facing the park and within 7min walk to Union Station. Very clean, very quiet, everything is new: well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Excellent 24 hour gym on the 2nd floor, with a full assortment of kettlebells up to a 70 pounder :) TVs with Netflix, Prime etc. Loved the LP player with a few good albums. In short: excellent property, can't recommend it enough.

Do not stay here unless you want a complete headache. I've only ever left glowing Airbnb reviews, but my experience with Kasa (the commercial host) was a nightmare. The good: the place itself was squeaky claim. The bad: 1) The big issue came when the electronic door keypad changed the code and I was never notified! I ended up getting locked out late at night. The first time it happened I was in my pajamas and without my phone as I had just left the unit to go down the hallway to take out the trash. So I was wandering around the buildings hallways trying to find a kind stranger who would let me use their phone to contact Kasa. The crazy thing is, this happened two more times where the door code changed and I wasn't notified! Luckily, I learned to bring my phone with me. 2) The check-in process was difficult--they kept giving incorrect instructions, would send me links as part of the check-in process that were expired, and when I texted to get a new link there was no response.

Loved this property. The virtual check in was great besides some beginner errors but would definitely make this my first choice stay anytime I came to Denver.

Likes: This stay exceeded our expectations. Clean, easy, nicely decorated and most importantly had a good kitchen with all the basic amenities that we needed. Nice, safe neighborhood. Dislikes: For those who struggle with fully automated checkins, i would recommend that you come during hours with someone at the front desk. Its not hard, you just need to read the directions very clearly and take your time. The only thing that made this great location a bit difficult was that the elevator at the bridge to cross to go to the train station was broken. As I currently have an injury this meant that we needed to take a taxi to and from the station instead of being able to walk the 5 min walk to the station. This is of course not on Kasa, but on the city.
