Very good area, walking distance to downtown.

Convenient if I didn’t have the hiccups Likes: Able to put everyone into the apartment Dislikes: Key fabs weren’t working when we arrived, couldn’t get into the apartment for 1.5 hours and finally someone showed up to get us in at 10 pm!!! Dirty towels on the washing machine.

The space was wonderful. It’s a little confusing upon arrival but the instructions were very helpful. The location was ideal as we were about a 10 min walk to great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication from Kasa, the apartment was in a great location, and the step-by-step check-in and check-out instructions were very clear (with photos included!). The only small issue is that the shades in the bedrooms let a decent amount of light in, so it was not as dark as we would have liked. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and I would definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Superb location for going to the game Stayed for 2 nights over New Years. The apartment is in a trendy, safe neighbourhood, close to transport and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around the area. We went to see an NFL game at empower stadium and it was super easy to walk to the light rail and catch a train 2 stops to the stadium. The accommodation it self was very spacious and clean. We had a two bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. Unfortunately no bedding was provided for the sofa bed and we were unable to get in contact with anyone until the next morning. Once we advised management, bedding was immediately provided. Although everything in the apartment is newish and modern, the quality of the kitchen utensils and furniture was fairly average. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet My room was upgraded to a spacious one-bedroom apartment. It was really nice to have a separate living space and full kitchen; you could stay there for an extended work trip and be comfortable. The bedroom was really quiet even though it was close to the train station. I chose this location for its proximity to downtown, but didn’t hear any of the noise from the city. My room was very clean and had everything I needed to be comfortable for about a week’s stay. The virtual check-in was easy and the online staff responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

2nd time at this Kasa location and it did not disappoint. Lots of space for our family to spread out. Having a kitchen to prepare breakfast was great while getting used to the time difference. Very clean and quiet!

Great downtown location. Spacious apartment, clean and will appointed with furnishings. Beds were comfortable, bath had shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. Ample towels. Loved that they offered coffee stations. Only improvement or request would be to add more hangers. Otherwise highly recommend!

Great location and apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. Too bad the Apple mirroring didn’t work. But great place to stay.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at Kasa. This is a perfect example of a ‘home away from home’. The Kasa we got was huge and very clean, just perfect for our family. It even had a laundry access right inside our unit. It was easy to check in. No need for a front desk which I prefer nowadays, less hassle. The team is very responsive too through text. It’s on a nice, quiet and safe location with lots of options for dining nearby. Will definitely come back to Kasa if we ever visit Denver again. This was our first time in Colorado and Kasa added that positive touch to our experience. Kudos to this wonderful concept of accommodation!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway! The check in instructions were very thorough and clear and the space was perfect for us! Convenient parking option and location was great!

really nice units, lot of conveniences, comfy bed, and right on the beautiful park with downtown amenities and LoHi attractions an easy walk, definitely my new “home” in Denver

Lots of space for the money and great location. The communication with Kasa staff was excellent. Nicely furnished unit though it could use some TLC. As others mentioned there were gaps in the flooring and we had loose handles on the bathroom cabinet drawers. Overall it was a great experience and would stay there again.

Enjoyable stay in a relatively new buildings All the basics were present, for what we needed Nicely situated close to the parks, waterway, downtown, and Ball arena within walking distance I would definitely stay their again

Enjoyed our 10 night stay at Kasa near Union Station. Overly complex check in process, ok apartment but poorly equipped initially saved by very responsive customer service. Location has good walkability. - Dreadfully complex electronic arrival process complicated by the need to access the garage. - pretty gruelling - Bath towels wet/damp on arrival. Needed to put back in dryer - Full well equipped kitchen except for baking sheet(s), dishes - we purchased a glass baking dish - Good cupboard space ( no cupboards blocked off for personal use like many Denver AirBnb properties - When we arrived, really poor assortment of dishes, knives , forks etc ( 4 bowls, 3 spoons, 5 plates, dishes etc ) - odd small numbers requiring frequent runs of the dishwasherFor apt that can sleep 6, definitely not enough. We requested additional glasses, silverware etc and the mgt company were very responsive and delivered next day ✔️ - Poor TV solution ( lots of. Channels via a service called Samsung TV but hokey, poor responsiveness of the TV system which appears to be powered by a black card antenna that has to be balanced in just the right spot on top of the TV) - Good parking but good for only one car - Small poorly lit living space. Good for 3 of us, but the dining area & seating area wouldn’t accommodate more.

Comfortable, Clean, Great location. Easy to use. All in all perfect for what we needed.

Our stay was very comfortable as the home was very clean and easy to get into and the host was very responsive with any questions we had.

great place right over the bridge from union and away from the city vibe while still 2 min from it. clean, easy, can’t beat it.

We had a lovely stay here - highly recommend. The whole experience is beautifully designed. Short walk to Union Station with its great restaurants or the sports arenas and stadiums. A really nice gym. An amazing experience

This is a great location to stay out, close to Union Station, and downtown. Everything is within a 15-30 minute walking distance. Also, it is very pet-friendly!

Terrible Check in Process If you’re parking a car here you have to park temporarily, find your way through the maze of hallways to your room, get the garage opener, come back down, and then park and find your way back to the room. The process is confusing and unnecessarily complicated. I recommend staying elsewhere if you have a car. Otherwise the apartment was nice and the location good, but personally I prefer a full-service hotel.

AMAZING Smeller very clean, had an amazing view, it was easy to check in & park, it had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The pillows were like clouds, very comfortable! If I’m ever around the area again, I will definitely rebook with Kasa!

For those of you who are seeing the bad reviews regarding the confusing and all virtual check-in process, just be sure to read the directions carefully, over & over. After you "get it", everything seems relatively simple. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend this location to any and all folks traveling to Denver. Staying in an apartment seemed weird at first, but we weren't bothered by other neighbors, and the full time residents we did see/talk to were really nice.

Looooved this place! Great location, wonderfully furnished unit, lovely gym on-site, great amenities, walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. Loved getting up in the morning and walking and running along the river. A little pricey but very happy with the experience :)

The property was in a good location. I rented a unit with a kitchen to have people over. This particular unit was lacking several of the necessities for having a kitchen. Wine glasses and opener, can opener and only one small frying pan and no Tupperware. If they stock the unit appropriately I would rent there again.

The apartment and building were new and clean. Walkable to Union Station and Dairy Block. Easy check-in and out.

Great location! Walking distance to many wonderful bars and restaurants. 15 minute walk to Union Station. Place was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. Very spacious and clean. Felt safe with multiple levels of secured entrances. Free coffee and filtered water in the lobby. It was a hike from the car to the front door of the Air BnB with only one central elevator, took about 8 minutes. Also no free parking.
