Great Location Likes: Beautiful unit. Safe and convenient location. Dislikes: We stayed for three nights, but only needed parking for one. There was no way on the website to choose parking for one night. When I contacted Kasa on the first day, they refused to credit me for the two days of unused parking.

Absolutely wonderful

The home was very clean, wonderful location, and the bed was extremely comfortable! TV in the bedroom and in the living room. Nice balcony, too!

Excellent choice for a long term, home style stay that's close to everything! Likes: We can't say enough about the location, which is walkable to everything in downtown Denver, plus the river with lots of walking/bike paths and parks. Also, the size of our room. We had a nice view over the pool, good sized kitchen which was mostly stocked with plates, silverware, soap, towels, etc. Free Starbucks coffee self-serve machine in the lobby of our 4th floor, comfy bed, plenty of pillows, linens, large closet, W/D in room with detergent provided. Really it's more of an apartment than a hotel room. Also, although there's no front desk staff, you can text the property at anytime with requests or complaints and they are very responsive to solve your issue. Dislikes: Overall the facilities were excellent and clean (gym, pool, interior common areas) but the pool/patio area was a disappointment. Not cleaned daily, trash not regularly emptied, and the various outdoor ceiling fans in the cabana areas never did work, despite 100 degree heat for several days during our two week stay. There are also some broken and loose tiles around the pool that need attention for safety reasons. However, none of this would stop me from rebooking here again next year.

Great location and spotless apartment! The coffee station and bathroom products that are supplied are a really nice touch! Completely walkable from union station. Quick walk to both Laramie square and LoHi! We loved our stay here and will be back!

This is my second stay with Kasa and I will keep returning. The rooms are fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and the location is amazing

Perfect location for attending events at any of the stadiums. Restaurants, RTD Line, a few minutes walk. Excellent communication from staff. Complimentary Starbucks coffee. We loved it and will be back.

So close to everything, and a fun place to stay!

Check in was challenging with no human available and parking was difficult to find initially. The pool area was great and we appreciated the pool towels in the unit. The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking(no measuring cups) but we improvised. Lovely apartment.

If you’re looking to book a place whose check in and checkout links did not work once, use multiple codes and even a lanyard you have to carry around with you on top of it to get into every area of the property and park in an inconvenient bottom level of a building with zero WiFi to access the codes you’ll need and far from everything you’ll be doing, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay somewhere else. Thank goodness for the stranger in the underground garage who let us into the elevator or we would have been sitting there with no WiFi three levels underground all night.

What a fantastic property! Perfect for families, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and fantastic restaurants. The actual room was spacious, clean, and so much more comfortable than a “traditional” one room hotel. When we left we said we would stay here every time we had to come to Denver from here on!

Perfect, comfortable, clean! I wish it was my home! I will definitely be back when I come to Denver! The pool isn’t deep, but it’s super clean, great outdoor patio space for socializing, bbq, or lounging. Love that there is so much to do, you’re in the middle of the downtown events, but still private and spacious home to rest. Love love love!

Great family stay Pool was great, easy access, nice apt, free coffee and plenty of street parking.

Apartment was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the hosts was superb; I had a couple of questions before we arrived in Denver and they responded quickly and with reassurance. The location couldn't have been more perfect as it was just a couple of minutes walk from 16th Street, Union Street Station and other attractions. The pool at Kasa was fabulous with plenty of relaxing seating and although I didn't use them. the roof terrace and outdoor grill areas were great spaces for families and friends to enjoy. Coffee stations on each level was a welcoming touch too! I genuinely can't think of one single negative aspect to our stay. Thank you Kasa for making our vacation so memorable.

Huge space with 2 king bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Very close to lots of restaurants. Walkable to Coors Field for games/events.

Excellent! The location was perfect for our downtown plans. The condo was clean and extremely safe. Everything was great, but what i appreciated the most was the customer service. They were extremely helpful, easy to contact via text, and super responsive.

KASA’s room is very clean and beautiful, with a pretty view from the balcony! The kitchen is fully stocked and spotless, even including cooking oil, salt, and pepper. The only drawback is that the wall between the living room and bedroom isn't fully soundproof, so noise from anyone sleeping on the sofa bed might disturb those in the bedroom. Otherwise, it’s absolute perfection!

Unit was impeccably clean. It was very comfortable, organized, and had everything we needed, and nothing more. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. Kasa was great at communications and quick to answer questions.

Had a quick trip to downtown Denver for a concert and this place was perfect for our stay! Loved the amenities and how clean everything was. Would recommend staying here!

This was a beautiful place, great location, and a great team behind it all. They were so helpful and available 24/7 for any concerns. 10/10 would stay here again, and hope to in the future!!

For us the location was perfect for convenience in a very nice city center area. The apartment was spacious, bright, quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and laundry very nice. It was a very nice kitchen itself. There were plenty of cooking pans and utensils but be aware that for anyone who wants to really cook it is too bare bones. There were no preparation or serving dishes and utensils. Also a bit skinny for dishware and flatware. We would however definitely return even though we do want to cook and be able to serve an occasional guest.

The check in process…. First, I consider myself to be good with technology and following directions. From the time we parked in temporary parking to the time we made it to the room with our bags was 45 minutes. Also, $100 in fees for the night was pretty high considering we also had to pay to park.

Nothing to say. Everything was great and service even better, beautiful apartment! Definitely looking to come back.

We had twelve people with 6 rooms they mixed up the peoplerooming together. With there vitual check in system it has taken over 3 hours and 2 people don't have room codes epic fail byKasa

They let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The place was clean, I felt safe, and the neighborhood was great and close to everything. Communication with Casa Union Station was quick and easy. I’d recommend this place to anyone

Great location and apartment building

Rummelige og moderne lejlighed med gode faciliteter og god beliggenhed Likes: Nemt at checke ind og ud Lejlighederne ( var der to gange) var moderne og rummelige. Lokation var perfekt i forhold til restauranter i RiNo og union station og med parken overfor. Gå afstand til Larimer square og Downtown - tæt på Mile High stadium. Fine faciliteter som fitness, pool, bbq område både ved poolen og på 7. Sal. Personalet var utrolig hjælpsomme. Dislikes: Alt var godt

Great location, great service, great stay Way better than a traditional hotel. Roomy and well maintained.
