We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this cute spot in Denver. Very easy check in, helpful instructions. Great location, easy to walk everywhere, right across the street from a big park. Even in the evening, walking around, we felt safe. Building has a code to enter, felt very secure. Unit is very clean, well laid out, so it felt spacious. Stocked with plenty of towels, and basics, like coffee, cleaning supplies, extra blankets, etc. We were on the go the whole time, so did not get to check out any of the building’s amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Within walking distance of a lot of great places

The 2 bedroom was great for a short trip my friend & I took to Denver. We each had our own suite with bedroom, bathroom & walk-in closet. And the main living area & kitchen were roomy. There was a nice little balcony & even a washer & dryer. It was quiet and private. It's actually a bit of a walk to Union Station (around 15 min), but the location is pretty convenient and you can easily walk to shops & restaurants. There's a Whole Foods nearby if you want to make your own meals. The online check-in process is a bit lengthy and Kasa sends a lot of emails & texts in the days leading up to check-in. I found that overly complicated, but you get what you really need -- door codes -- 30 min. before check-in.

We got early check in so we had time to swim before dinner. The accommodations were immaculate .Three adults and more than enough room.

Modern, Easy and convenient This was a wonderful spacious place to stay. Full kitchen with a real coffee maker, modern appliances and everything else you would need in the kitchen. Plenty of extra towels and blankets as well. I felt that everything was very well thought out for what you may need during your stay. The building itself is wonderful and all the people were so nice. You’re right across from the park where there were so many fun dogs to see that were all very well behaved. You’ll have a harder time figuring out which restaurant you want to go to as opposed to finding a place to eat. You are near everything you could want to be- grocery store, gyms, bars, restaurants, light rail and train station, convince stores all within walking distance so you don’t have to deal with the disaster of trying to park for less than an arm and a leg in downtown Denver. I travel to Denver quite frequently for work and this will likely be the only place I will stay from now on. Check in and check out was so easy it almost felt like you were forgetting something. This is how every place should operate.

Would stay again, and even consider moving to the apartment building this was in. I took one point off for cleanliness because the carpet was a little worse for wear and someone had clearly had a few parties by all the scuffs in the wall. Honestly, as a pet-friendly place in a super accessible area in Denver, it was wonderful. I'm considering moving to this neighborhood and this was a great way to get a feel for it.

Much better value than a regular hotel room. Full kitchen great closet space separate living room and bedroom. Very nice!

The condo was very clean and had cute furniture. The building provides free Starbucks coffee in the lobby and on each floor; just bring your own cup. The only bedroom has a king platform bed with no box spring, so it's pretty low. The ceiling light in the bedroom was no brighter than a nightlight.

Great place to stay in one of the best locations in Denver. Place was clean and the hosts communicated everything well. Would stay there again!

Very spacious accommodations for the price of hotel room downtown. Loved the virtual check-in and the complimentary parking in a garage. The whole building is beautiful! Great location with tons of shops within walking distance. They also provide free Starbucks coffee on every floor. That was definitely an awesome perk in the mornings.

Cleaning after previous guest(s) could use improvement.

Regional Property Manager I love Kasa, the ability to have a home away from home is amazing. Love the record players with the vintage vinyl. Amazing The property is new and lots of dog owners which make the time away from my own pups more bearable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described - all the amenities you needed, garage parking available, and conveniently located to lots of fun things in downtown Denver. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Kasa in Denver This was my second time staying at a Kasa and I enjoyed it just as much as the first! The apartment is super nice, the outdoor area near the pool is great and we loved the location right across from a park. The bed was super comfy. The virtual checkin was smooth. Would happily stay here again.

I cannot recommend Kasa Union Station enough! The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Perfect location. Superb customer service. All the amenities you could ask for and more (gym, pool, etc). We do not have one bad thing to say about the property or our stay. We will definitely be back.

Home away from home in Denver We stayed here for a week during a work trip and wanted to move in permanently! It’s the perfect place from which to explore the city. Very walkable and tons of food and drink and parks nearby. The building itself has a real nice gym and pool. Our apartment had a well appointed kitchen, stylish decor and a comfy bed. We can’t wait to come back.

what a great place to stay Loved the location, the size and cleanliness of the apartment! Loved amenities like a centeal coffee station in front of the elevator! Great facilities including pool and gym. Whenever we asked for something extra or reported an issue it was immediately taken care of! The thoughtfulness of having pool towels in the apartment as welm as well as shampoo and such was awesome! We would go back in a heartbeat!

I'm a home-body, and I got to be at home, but *someplace else* I could not have asked for a better combined vacay/work trip :) I'm a home-body, and I got to be at home, but *someplace else* AMLI Riverfront Green is tidy and unassuming from the outside and gorgeous on the inside. Our apartment was well-lit and had a gorgeous view of classic Denver brickwork. We made full use of the basic kitchen (and no one had to do the dishes b/c there's a dishwasher to do it for you!) during our stay. We could make our own coffee and tea in-room, but with a no-charge Starbucks dispenser on our floor and in the main lobby we really didn't feel the need to - bring your favorite travel mug for forever-refills. The toaster was essential for late-night snacks while we watched movies in the comfy living space. When we wanted someone else to cook, there were great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Menya Ramen & Poke for super yummy noms and Denver Beer Co on Platte for some amazing hard seltzer. Maria Empanada will be on our hotlist for our next visit, b/c we *know* we want to visit again. There are obvious choices for the sports fan nearby, but you're also only 10-15 minutes away from The Tattered Cover on Colfax and the Denver Museum of Contemporary Art. If you're a dog-lover, you'll be in good company - this place is pet-friendly, and there is a dog-park just up the street. We don't have a dog right now, but I got to meet every dog I came across both in-the-building and on the street, if I asked their human first ;) Highly Recommend!

Clean, excellent location, safe, and well-stocked.

The Kasa suite was a good value and comfortable accomodations for the Denver metro area. Close to many museums and sport venues with easy public transport.

Beautiful Apartment with nice appliances and bed. The gym inside the apartment complex is awesome. The location is amazing. You can walk to a lot of great restaurants and events within 15 minutes, or hop on a scooter for a 7 minute ride there.

Beautiful Apartment and Amenities, and a great location First of all, the check in is so easy. The apartment itself is beautiful, the gym at the complex is state of the art for an apartment. And location is superb! Great experience and can't wait to get back.

Unit was exactly as expecte d, the building was very nice, and location was excellent. A few hiccups with the code to get in front door of the building, which inexplicably changed twice during my stay, and to get into the parking garage, where the pass did not work unless it was waved a few times to activate the garage door. These tips would be helpful to know up front, but the Kasa team was always responsive via phone or text. One area I would suggest for improvement—it be great if Kasa could be more flexible with early check-in & late check-out requests. An extra hour on either end shouldn’t be too much to ask, especially when staying for a week and paying premium rates. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return. Denver is fabulous, and this apartment and location was perfect.

Fantastic location in Denver. Safe neighborhood close to Union Station, restaurants and Coors Field. Plenty of space with an outdoor balcony. Clean, great amenities including a washer/dryer. First time at a Kasa property and would definitely book again. Excellent 👍

Great location & price! Easy check-in & check-out process, as well as responsive staff when we needed to extend our stay. We enjoyed being so close to the stadium & Central Ave with great food/drinks, and enjoyed having the convenience of the outdoor grill & pool area. 10/10 all the way around!

Great location and apartment layout. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony patio! Worked well for a couple days working remote - Internet was reliable. Only downside is that some of the furniture and the sheets were a little uncomfortable. That would not deter us though from staying here again!

My kids and I came to Denver to meet up with my Parents and spend some time in Colorado. Kasa at Union Station was one of our stepping stones on our Colorado vacation journey. Once we got accolated with the area and the routine of getting in and out of the building, we were set. Kasa provides very detailed instructions on how to access the building. Which was great because I am a detailed visual person. The apartment was clean, modern and felt like a good space to stay in. The hallways to the apartment were a little dark, with a light over the entrance of each door. Overall, the staff was very responsive to our questions via text and took care of all our needs. Which is so appreciated when you're visiting a new place and are trying to get familiar with your vacation surroundings. Thank you Kasa for providing us with a beautiful place on Little Raven Street to stay.
