Unfortunately, this unit was not as advertised (a one bedroom and a king bed in the living room). There was not a full set of linens for all the bed options. There were no instructions on the double futon either. It would have been nice to have a booklet of instructions as well as local favorite restaurants, activities, and bars.
However, the unit was sparkling clean, the location great for getting to the Coors Stadium, the indoor parking and outdoor rooftop pool very nice! The service team was extremely good at communicating regarding the sleeping accommodations and bedding, even offering to reimburse me for any blanket I may need to purchase, and giving me a partial refund for the issues mentioned. They definitely made things right! I mentioned in my reservation note to the hosts that we were coming for my son's 13th birthday, and they so kindly had a balloon, hand signed card, and a candy bouquet.
