I really liked the location of this Airbnb. There are so many places to easily walk, bike, or scooter to. It is also perfectly positioned right next to the highway on right if you want to get outside of Denver. I liked the complex as well with the pool and bbq. The gym was probably one of the best I have ever seen in an apartment. I liked having a balcony and for the most part they thought of everything we would need during our stay. The check in process was clear and completely hands off which helped considering when we got in. The staff were communicative and helpful if/when we had questions. My biggest let down was the cleanliness and that the dedicated workspace was actually the business center shared across all tenants. If you plan on working from one of these units, you might want to be prepared to bring your own set up. I believe the listing is a blanket generic one and the one we received did not have a workspace. We bout $40 foldable tables from Target to be set up for work throughout the week.

Enjoyed the apartment, clean and roomy with a great walkable location (even to Coors Field for a Rockies game). No need to rent a car. Apartment had all the essentials we needed for a 4 day stay. Easy check in and check out.

Great experience. You have to make sure to read instructions carefully it could get confusing but I don’t think there is an easier way to do it since you don’t actually see someone at check-in.

Perfect location for us! We loved that the park was literally across the street. Very short walk to everything you could possibly need. Unit was nice and spacious. Building amenities were fantastic. We’ll be back!

Kasa was everything we needed for our trip. We arrived very late on Amtrak. Kasa is not far from Union Station, and checkin was super easy even in the middle of the night. Despite having no staff on site, I got very fast responses to all my questions from the property support staff via Booking.com. We were only there 2 nights but would definitely stay again if I needed a place in downtown Denver.

First time staying and would definitely book again. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect with the virtual reception desk but the check in instructions could not have been clearer, including step by step photos so you know exactly where you’re supposed to be going. The apartment itself was fantastic. Very modern, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. Made good use of the balcony and the free Starbucks coffee machines by the lifts (just remember you need to take your own cup!). Free parking so close to downtown was also a massive bonus especially when you see places nearby charging $3 for 15 minutes. I’m a keen traveller and have stayed in all types of accommodation and I can honestly say this was up there with the best. I’ll definitely be looking up Kasa for my future trips to the US.
