This property was SO convenient to everything we wanted to do while still having the convenience of home. The on-site parking alone made it will worth the stay!

Awesome place to stay. Close to bars and restaurants. Amenities are clean and new. Service and communication is one of the best.

Great location! You can walk to almost everything. Food, bars, and etc. The checkin process was super easy. I was actually rather impressed. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Great stay at Kasa! The location was amazing - across from the park, walk to everything. The room was clean and the staff was very responsive. The pool, work area, and Starbucks coffee on the floor were all a plus!

Kasa Denver is awesome. Apartment was very clean, and everything in good condition. I love the location as it is very close to restaurants and other attractions in LoDo, and across the street from a park. I have stayed here twice and would stay again. Highly recommend.

For those of you who are slightly confused reading the reviews (like I was) I want to explain this Airbnb a bit further. The fourth floor of this apartment building is run by Kasa and every unit is an Airbnb. The rest of the building has normal units. We stayed here for a week, minimal noise for an apartment building and good wifi for work (my husband and I both work remotely). On weekends, it is quite a bit louder, especially since the building has a predominately younger crowd and the area has many bars. It would be no issue for us previously as a couple whatsoever, but if you’re traveling with a baby like we were, just a heads up! The area has a park right across the street, super convenient if you’re traveling with dogs. There is a Whole Foods a short walk away but you do have to cross a bridge over the train tracks and I was in a couple situations alone with my baby that weren’t very comfortable. A local man even offered to walk with me at a certain point. I personally recommend Kasa (place was clean and bed was comfortable) but I would not stay here again solely because the area with my baby was not the greatest.

This place is exactly what it looks like— it feels a bit like a hotel with a kitchen, but it was great to have our dog there and the location is unbeatable.

The door handle to the porch would fall off. You guys told us to put in a work order. We spent $2,000 for a week stay. I shouldn’t have to put in a work order like a tenant. We left something in the room and had to get back inside, it took two hours to get in contact with someone who could actually do that, because you guys are a corporation and nobody was actually near the property. Lots of little things inside were broken, it felt like a college apartment. You had those stupid marijuana sensors all over the place, Neither of us smoke, it felt like big brother. For the amount we paid and all the little things that I were broken it seemed like this was just a cash grab opportunity. We will never rent one of your rooms again. Also, the filter on the fridge water dispenser needed to be replaced. What does it take to get someone to look at these kinds of things before you rent the room out again?

Loved the location, right across from a park and near great coffee shops and fun restaurants.

Kasa has a great system and offering with their support structure and timeliness . Would use them again in other locations .

Nice place, great location in lodo, Park across street, underground parking was a big plus. Place was slightly on the smaller side and slightly under-equipped as straight 100% Airbnb offerings sometimes are.

Overall a very nice experience and a beautiful efficiency apartment. It is pretty high tech for us in some respects. We would prefer a more traditional(easier to use TV setup(rather than the streaming that our unit had). Also the remote controller was not in the usit and it took until midday the next day to rectify.

Very nice location! We could walk to most places easily and was in the heart of downtown. If you bring a pet, there will be many like minded neighbors that will greet with their fur babies. The apartment was exactly as described and no real complaints. Pool was nice, quiet, and everything a small family needed to celebrate a holiday.

First time staying with Kasa and the location, apartment and ease of check in/out was great! Loved having access to the pool and ability to walk everywhere.

Great location in downtown Denver! Perfect for getting around downtown and so many great restaurants, bars, neighborhoods etc. were within walking distance. The space was clean and nice, loved the ease of checking in/out and great it was pet friendly!

This is a fantastic location, right next to a park if you are bringing dogs. I absolutely loved staying here, super clean, free parking, on-site pool and gym. Nice part of Denver, right by the Platte River. Only downside was price and key cards don't work outside of business hours and deactivate quite easily.

Situated in an area that is very clean, safe, and walking distance to the train, Coors Field, and several must see locations. Very clean and communication was excellent. Workout room was fantastic!

Great location. Close to off-leash dog park. Great check in process + parking. As far as the actual unit, nothing was wrong, but everything was just OK. Felt like an IKEA designed extended stay Hotel. Living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable.

Place was very clean, and I know we are just post Covid, but the smell of industrial cleaners was a bit much. It was also a bit strange not having a human being to interact with. Otherwise, I found the online staff responsive. It isn't really a good place for an overnight unless you already know how it works. But for longer stays, it was great and in a great location.

The site was clean, had a wonderful pool, self checkin and checkout were great, even put the keys in the drop box by the Kasa checkin, super easy access to Denver. The ac was a life saver and delightful. They’re “wifi” was non existant trash and they didn’t even had a frying pan in the kitchen or many cooking utensils or even knives. The “parking” was underground (was not made aware of this in profile) my van could not fit so I had to move my car every 2 hrs in front of the building with street parking. A hassle. Would have like to know the height requirements for parking. Got a $50 parking ticket because of this. The wifi really bothered me because I need wifi for work and I felt they were dishonest about how effective it would be. Literally would not connect to many of our multiple devices, but the tv worked. All in all a fine say, some room for improvements however. Just want y’all putting big money down to be aware of the shortcomings.

Had a great getaway couple of day stay. Great downtown location, walked the neighborhood with plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and parks. Easy checkin and a great unit!

Good location, balcony bonus, coffee bar nice touch. Electronic check in, A bit tricky, But good communication. Place needs deep clean.
