6/10 Rating
Great stay, excellent location, functional building, and parking situation was A+.
Rating would have been higher if it were not for (1) understocked issues (needed pots pans to cook, additional garbage bags, glasses etc), (2) the apartment also needing additional cleaning upon arrival, and (3) a breakage in a floor panel/tile that caused me to trip upon arrival.
The team was responsive in curing 1 and 2 quickly and I applaud them for that. Unfortunately for 3, that matter went unresponded to and an effort to cure or compensate was not made.
