This will b my 1st review & equally same review for the 2 X’s I been here. 2 B respectful.
This company doesn’t accomplish customer satisfaction/Service one bit,
Their units are premium $$.
DNT U dare out their faults, brought to my attn. by them. units were 2nd, & this x 3rd FL, but they parked me opposite FL of my unt ea. x with door codes that randomly GRANT/DENY access to the doors to get to the unit& they don’t GIVE 1 eFF or Shh about any inconvenience that arises & any company would accommodate FAIRLY, BUT kasa really REITERATEs how much they UNDERSTAND the X AMOUNT OF INCONVENIENCES with no solution. GrNTD I have receipts.
Actually sad, BT in a FUN sad way. 🤓
Prop.= look at layout, it’ll be easier 2 NVGTE because gvn codes dnt wrk properly, on lAtChBoXeS

Con=both units got mold smellin wash machines.
