We spent an hour and a half trying to access the elevator after following the instructions multiple times. When we finally accessed the room we noticed the aesthetic was cute. Bathroom was clean. They have good amenities inside of the kitchen.
My tips would be to expect issues with elevator initially until you actually get into the room to get the key card. Don’t try to download the latch app, the password combo is incorrect so that’s a waste of time. Just input the code at a good pace and then once it accepts it, press the elevator button.
If you plan to wash, bring your own detergent. The ones they have smell weird. The towels are rough as well so I would suggest bringing your own.
Patio has a view of the street so don’t expect a beautiful view.
Overall the best features were the pool, electric kettle, and walking distance to Starbucks and bagels.
Keep in mind the parking structure has a code requirement like the elevator. Over all, okay stay.
