The condo was fine- getting in at the initial check in was confusing , poorly, worded, and quite frankly pretty tiresome. Having to park in a basement lot, using different access numbers just to get into the elevator, then the condo building, then the unit and then having to return the same way with a swipe badge to get back to the underground garage was harder than it should be. The process of then getting a car up to the assigned parking spot was not easy as the spot is on a different floor than the condo so another elevator ride and more badge swiping is required to just get into and elevator, and then to start the elevator and then to get into the condo building and then the condo….If you are looking for easy egressing this is not the place for you. The Kasa staff was polite but completely unfamiliar with the building and unable to offer accurate advice. Fortunately a resident walked by and helped us in after 45 minutes . This was at midnight and after a long day traveling .
