Likes: Very comfortable beds and great location.
Dislikes: When I arrived I was given a room quite unlike that in the pictures, at the back of the building with only a single window. It had a large wet stain on the carpet where there had been spilled coffee, not cleaned up, and generally seemed to be damp. There was also a party through the night in the rooftop bar that ended around 4am, which I was informed is open five days a week, as the room was on the eleventh floor the bass was highly audible. I asked the next day to be moved, to a room at the front, which I was, which fitted the pictures better and had a nice layout on the 9th floor. Here I could no longer hear the party music. However, the decor as people have mentioned is more than a little tired - some stains on the carpet here and there and lots of wear to different surfaces, a tile missing in the bathroom. While the value remained good and the beds were extremely comfortable, and the complimentary coffee and tea was very appreciated, I do feel the place is overpriced based on the condition in which I found it and in need of better communication and maintenance.
