Cool location just park cars in a garage so it doesn’t get towed! Also ask for extra towels because they usually low! All in all, the place ain’t that bad!

The front desk was very kind, helpful, and friendly, which made me happy with the stay, but the room was not quite as I expected, particularly from a cleanliness perspective.

Dark. Dirty. Not what I was expecting. Weird (blood? Tomato?) stains spattered on the curtains when I checked in. Similar stain on the pillow. Stains big and small all over the carpet. The room appeared quite dirty, though maybe stained and worn out is a better term. Staff was responsive to texts about this but told me there was nothing they could be done about it during my stay. Only One light in the main room: single bulb desk lamp so if you are going to try to work in here, good luck. I asked for another lamp but no dice. Maybe the room is so dark to hide the dirt and stains? It did make getting accurate photos difficult. Wifi went out for 12 hours and the staff gaslit me, telling me it wasn't out and the issue was likely my phone (please reboot your phone ! Reconnect!) and then asking me to "unplug and reboot the router" (for anyone playing along at home, there is no router in the room). They finally acknowledged the next day that there might be a problem. This hotel is in a good Central location downtown and the bed was quite comfortable. But I would not stay here again.

Overall, the hotel, amenities, cleanliness were good. The only thing I would be careful of is the location in downtown LA, it is not the safest place to stay for a solo female traveler. Other than that, checking in and checking out was seamless. If you are a female visiting alone, I was told to look in Burbank next time (safer/closer to places u would want to visit as a tourist), if not, or if you have company, Kasa is a good place to stay in DTLA, there are many things to do in the area as well, good food nearby too. The Wifi went down a couple of times during my stay, but I guess these things happen. If you have a car, I guess staying in Kasa would work way better.

Requested an early check-in before I booked, they said no problem they can accommodate. Then after I booked, they denied an early check-in. Sorry I requested a cancel and a refund and the host denied it. Dishonest host .

Clean room and staff.

The room that my friend and I stayed in was breathtaking! Great city views. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated. 24 hour staff was friendly and kept in touch with us if we needed any assistance. Definitely would stay here again!!

Equipe Nice, quarto cool. Um pouco mais budget industrial do que parecia pelas fotos, mas a cama era bem confortável e limpinha. Comodidades não estavam funcionando enquanto estivemos lá. Sempre esqueciam de deixar toalha quando limpavam o quarto. A localização era um pouco trevas, mas a estadia em si foi boa.

Likes: Everything was great. I had some concerns with location when arriving as this was the first time in LA and the location was a decent walk from the conference center. I walked everyday morning and night and it was good. Room was unique and comfortable.

Everything was perfect

This had to have been one of my favorite places i’ve stayed at! The vibes were immaculate and I felt like I was living out one of my dreams! It was very clean and accommodating. When I’m in the area again in the future, I would definitely book with Kasa again. It was a short 15 minute walk to all the stores I wanted to visit and 15 minutes from the concert venue I went to!!! Love love LOVED this place.

Very clean and spacious accommodations. Love the gym and pool spaces.

I really liked the room! The thing that stood out to me was all the little touches like the choice of mugs and to go containers for coffee and tea. Never seen coffee brewing bags before but loved it! The complimentary face masks and ear plugs were nice. The minimalist furnishings went great with the aesthetic of the building. I would 100% stay here again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and good value for money. Loved the large windows in the room looking out and bed was super comfy

Our toilet flush was not working and it took the hotel staff 30mins to give me a new room as no one showed up to fix the flush. The room could use some more lights . The room theme is sort of dim. There is no hot water in the shower . I complained to the front office while checking out and no one ever back to me . More over the resort / destination fees are not included on their website. The destination fees is a scan I felt you are trapping customers once they are on site and have no other options but to pay.

The rooms are dirty and reminiscent of prison cells. I'm talking mystery-stained carpets, walls, bed sheets, and everything in between. Cell block one. It was SO embarrassing to bring anyone over here, and parking went up to over $40 overnight because there were events nearby. They don't let anyone checkout early because they are desperate to hoodwink any travelers into staying here. Bathroom tiles weren't jade green like pictures. False advertising if you're looking at any photos provided by the hotel. Everything was small, cramped, and stinky. 0/10 star rating. Also, at varies times, the laundry service, gym, and pool weren't functioning or open during my stay. There was also loud and unsightly construction on my floor.

Good Downtown LA Location, Good Vibes - Would Stay Here Again Likes: The location in Downtown LA was excellent, with easy check-in and helpful front-desk staff available from early until late at night. Being on Broadway made the area lively, and although it could be loud, the hotel provided earplugs which helped. The rooftop bar offered great sunset views, and there were plenty of eateries and food trucks nearby. Public transport was convenient with a bus stop right outside, and there were lots of electric scooters nearby for quick trips. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and worth returning to. I would stay here again. Dislikes: The shower door design makes it so water spills onto the bathroom floor very easily so make sure you place a towel there.

Wifi did not work otherwise beautiful place.
