10/10 Exceptional
I was in LA for a few days to see a show at the Belasco (very close to Kasa). I found it to be clean, convenient, comfortable, and pretty walkable. The area immediately surrounding the hotel can be a little sketchy. Overall, I enjoyed the Kasa experience but the two negatives were that the gym/laundry rooms were closed unexpectedly and the downstairs coffee bar randomly had a "Sorry, we're closed sign". This wouldn't have been a huge deal but they really market this as a positive and I was kind of counting on having them available to me.
