Clean room with attractive and unique urban feel. Decor matches the neighborhood and the rooftop bar is a plus.

I stayed at Stile Hotel by Kasa for 3 nights (17/10-20/10). The property itself is quite decent. Modern facilities, comfortable room, and a good location. However, I was really disappointed that no one came to clean or service my room during my entire stay. Basic housekeeping should be a given, especially for multi-night guests. With better attention to cleanliness and guest care, this could have been a much better experience.

Clean room and great staff

Buen lugar para quedarse en el centro, a pocas calles de recintos para conciertos y demás lugares importantes en la zona. También a pocos minutos en carro de Little Tokyo, lo cual hizo nuestra experiencia aún más agradable. El lugar es tranquilo, es para llegar a dormir.

I liked the layout of the room a lot

No conocía y no me gustó su alrededor ya que iba con mis hijos y no es un área apropiada. Quería estar cerca del teatro porque nada más íbamos a un concierto y eso si está a media cuadra.

i had little problem with amenities, shampoo, body cleanser, these were bit too oily for me. other than that, excellent stay

Beautiful spot with an extremely convenient check in

The hotel is nice, but the whole check in process is complicated and invasive. They are focused in advance check in and insist on providing a selfie, which makes me feel uncomfortable. No hotel should be asking for this. They can look at my ID when I show up to make sure that's me. I cannot see myself staying here again due to this procedure.

Parfait

This is my second stay at this location and it was a comfortable stay. The parking is expensive and the curtains were a bit dusty. I did get a fast response regarding the dust but no action was taken for that issue.

AVOID Likes: The free water in the reception. The staff tried to help as much as they could, but were let down by the management of the hotel. Dislikes: Upon checking in at the hotel we received notification that 2 of the main reasons why we booked the hotel, for the laundry facilities and the gym, were both out of order for the entirety of our stay. If we had known that this would have been the case, we would have cancelled our booking prior to arriving and gone to another hotel. We tried to cancel the rest of our stay so that we could go to another hotel, but the hotel staff said this was for Booking.com to sort, even though Booking.com said this was in fact for the hotel to arrange. In addition to this, one of the lifts was out of service for the entire trip which meant there was only 1 operational lift for guests to use which wasn't ideal. We also only received housekeeping on one of our days, and this was only after we requested this from the staff after going downstairs. They said that on our dashboard it had been set to 'do not disturb' and so the room hadn't been cleaned, even though we never set this setting ourselves or could see this setting when we looked at the dashboard ourselves. When the housekeeping was done on the one day, they didn't replenish any of the teas in the room and left rubbish on the sides. Overall we were very underwhelmed with our stay and I can't say I would recommend anyone to stay here. In addition to the hotel not being up to standard, the surrounding area is not a nice environment with lots of homeless people around. If you're thinking of booking this hotel, do yourself a favour and reconsider and go elsewhere, as if you do get any problems with your stay they're not likely to be resolved.

Likes: Great location,. plenty of things near. Loved that there was a quick assist and everyone was nice and quick to assist. Highly recommend the place. Dislikes: I didn't like that it didn't take cash, it can be an issue for foreigners, Only thing I would say it was missing was a microwave

Cute place walkable to lots of places. The host has a lot of great automated messages that are helpful. Quick responses when we had questions. Great value for a charming place.

Check in was very easy, the room was cute and clean, and we loved the rooftop pool/bar!

Frank and Chris went above and beyond to help me out when I realized I had a flat tire on my rental car. I am grateful for their patience and attentive care to my issue. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is wonderful!

The hotel itself is fine—rooms are clean and fairly modern, but nothing special. The main issue is parking, which completely ruined our stay. The hotel advertises parking, but when we asked the concierge, we were told they don’t offer any, even though their confirmation emails say otherwise. There are two Joe’s Parking lots next to the hotel, but I strongly suggest avoiding them. Our car was broken into on the first night, and it happened to several other guests during our stay. A manager at the lot did give us free parking afterward, which we appreciated, but another attendant later gave us a hard time about it despite us having proof. What made it worse was the hotel staff’s response—there wasn’t much empathy or concern about what happened. It left us feeling pretty disappointed and unsafe. Overall, the hotel is okay inside, but the misleading parking info and lack of security make it hard to recommend. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they address the parking situation and improve guest support.

Had a great time here! Place was really cute and I loved being on the top floor. Watching the sun rise from bed and the balcony was so gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, but since it’s pet-friendly, they should really consider having a small area with natural grass where dogs can relieve themselves—maybe on the rooftop or in a designated spot. There’s no natural area anywhere around the hotel, which is stressful and overwhelming for dogs used to going on grass. Guests shouldn’t have to take a taxi to find a park; this is something the hotel should think about and improve.

The room was nice and clean very comfortable bed. The shower was a little odd. There’s no door or curtains the water gets all over the place but the water pressure was good. The hallways weren’t my favorite. It doesn’t match other parts of the hotel. It looked dark and the carpets looked very dirty. Check in and check out was very easy. It’s a bummer that the hotel doesn’t offer parking, but it wasn’t difficult for us to find parking very close to the hotel.

The stay was nice. We were able to get to the Hollywood walk of fame, beaches and universal studios quickly. Nice modern rooms. The view and the set up on the rooftop bar were amazing as well as views of downtown from our room. I took my 16 year old daughter on a mom/daughter trip and it suited us well.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and rooftop area was a plus. Was able to walk to concert venue nearby and felt safe especially being out in the evening. Nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Pleasant stay.
