To make a long story short, they still have some things to work on. The place was great once we got through all of the hurdles. The air bnb ad was a little misleading. I called to make sure we had a lake view. They switched us rooms and assured me we had a lake view. When I arrived, we had the wrong room. 2 hours later they check me into another room. It was the correct room but it had not been cleaned. They then moved us to a different room that was great. It took them awhile to respond. I was feeling very helpless during this whole process. We got there around 6pm and didn’t end up in a room until 10pm. The rest of the stay was great. Location is awesome. The amenities were good. I think they have some things to work on. The place obviously rushed into opening and it’s not perfect. There was holes cut into the ceiling where someone was working. The elevator had a sign that WAS working. Clearly didn’t give the contractors enough time to finish. Management has a few things to work on.
