10/10 Exceptional
Room was very nice and clean, amazing value for the price you pay. We had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and balcony all for less than a hotel anywhere else in the area, which was fantastic. It’s essentially an Airbnb so you don’t have a front desk, doormen, a nice lobby, hotel security, etc. so keep that in mind as that is the main trade off. I would’ve liked it if our room had an additional deadbolt on it for extra security, but the building was in a nice area so it wasn’t a major concern. The living room tv was large and a smart tv allowing us to watch Netflix / Hulu / etc., but the bedroom tv was basic and small so we needed to plug in our own devices with an HDMI wire to watch on those apps. More towels for a 3 night stay and a detachable shower head in the bathroom would’ve been nice, but again the room was so large and affordable it was hardly an issue. I would definitely stay here again as having all that space really made a world of difference for our stay in Austin.
