Perfection!!!

Guild Lavaca recommendation The Guild apartments are located very well in the downtown Austin area. Tons of places to eat within walking distance. The guild offers free parking in the garage downstairs. The apartment I stayed is a large 1 Bedroom and very well kept. Since it is an apartment there is no daily room service. Would definitely recommend.

Austin - Lavaca I was a little apprehensive about the property once I learned it was more of an "airbnb" situation and not necessarily a hotel and was nervous about not having any human interaction with the check-in/check-out process. However, this was a very smooth process and the place was perfect! It was centrally located right across from the ACL Studio and in the heart of downtown. I'd definitely stay here again and am planning a trip in the future!

My first visit to Austin. Great location. Comfortable place. Nice to have a balcony and the full size fridge, even though I didn’t really need it. Kitchen had all the basics. The record player with a few old LPs was a nice touch. I would have liked to have better light in the bathroom, and there was often the smell of garbage in the stairwell and elevator, but that was due in part to the excessive temperatures during my stay (98+ degrees).

More of a home rental It was an overall good experience. I wish we knew the process before we went. This is more of a vrbo than a hotel.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Austin and super close to the Pride parade we attended as well as walking distance to 6th street so no need to get a designated driver or Uber!

Really loved it once we furgured our cards for elevator and parking. They could have been marked more clearly and explained

I will stay at The Guild any time I’m in Austin The Guild is just a couple minutes from many of the Austin locations we wanted to visit. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, and they had everything we needed to make our stay awesome.

Nice 1 Bed Apartment Overlooking Pool Great Location! Place was very nice. The only concern was that the floors left chalk/grey dust on feet, socks, shoes & bags. I think the concrete floors need sealing more to prevent this problem.

Very spacious and conveniently located. The check in process was not well-communicated and very frustrating. Also, I was told that parking would be $20. I had to pay $35 to get my car out. The apartment itself was fantastic! I especially liked the little outdoor balcony.

Nice condo in the heart of Austin Can't get any better than this, nice condo type w/ city view, complete amenities with large open living room-kitchen and walking distance to almost anywhere in the downtown Austin. First time Guilder and definitely stay one

Furnished Apartment in Austin Lots of small touches, such as condiments for take out and a turn table with a variety of albums. Very convenient location, excellent service response time. Parking garage was kinda yuk, but once you park--everything is in walking distance.

This stay was so different compared to any other trip I have booked. It's an actual apartment and makes you feel right at home with everything right there. The text instructions were a bit confusing but nothing we couldn't figure out. The room was amazing. It has everything- A kitchen, living room, bedroom, and spacious restroom with a tub. They have a large amount of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cotton pads, q-tips, and even makeup remover. You have water bottles supplied, and even access to kitchen appliances like a coffee maker and blender. There isn't a check in office like most places, everything is done through text and their website. (Also phone calls.) Me and my boyfriend loved the place and loved the location. It's just a few blocks from 6th street and walking distance from a lot of things. (Restaurants, boutiques, the bridge, voodoo donuts, etc) We have decided that this is the place we will book every time we come to Austin.

Spacious apartment hotel room in Austin Room was clean and spacious. Very convenient location for many things in downtown Austin. Check-in, check-out, & services are done through phone text. Parking is $20/night/car if you want to park in garage; no free parking. Overall: easy process, convenient location, I'd stay again.

Clean, roomy, well equipped apartment with ample parking and great location. However, security seemed lax and wifi was spotty.

Your own apartment in the centre of the city. You get a very spacious apartment in a large residential apartment block in a great location for shops and restaurants, just a couple of blocks from the lake. The kitchen is well equipped and lots of little details have been thought of - dishwasher and laundry pods, little packets of cooking extras - olive oil, garlic granules, etc. - coffee machine, blender, makeup wipes, loads of towels and spare toilet paper, tissues, etc. So a lot more than you get in a standard hotel. The downside isn’t that you can’t just find a member of staff or go to the lobby if you need help. But the team is incredibly responsive to telephone calls, text and email. Having only a UK cell (so $$$ to call or text), I mostly used email and it never took longer than 5 minutes to get a response. There is no room service or housekeeping. Arrival and parking procedures seem complicated (especially after a 10 hour flight and jetlag!) but it really is pretty straightforward. And there is always someone at the end of the phone if you get stuck. The parking is much cheaper than you’ll find at any other hotel in the area ($20 per day). The TV has Netflix so you can just log onto your own account. The bed was comfy. Good pressure for the shower. Earplugs are provided but we didn’t have too much problem with noise. You are right in the middle of a large restaurant area so there was a little street noise until around midnight. But the windows were fairly solid and kept that to a minimum.

Amazing place downtown

Place and location are great. But getting in and out of apartment is painful. Especially at the entry point, its super confusing as to how to get in. Instead of text messages - formal emails would be better to give access info etc. Text is not too reliable.

Great location and top quality but a bit expensive A bit expensive - but modern and extremely large high tech designer rooms i.e. concrete walls with few pictures. Some may find it a bit cold and like an art museum, but we loved it. Easy parking in the basement but expensive. Close to the bat-bridge attraction, but far from supermarkets. Great pool and large balcony (that needed outdoor table and chairs though).

SOMEHOW my reservation was "moved" to the day before we were actually supposed to stay there. We got there at 12, ran up and put our bags in and went back out on the town. Shortly after they started messaging me, dema ding me to move our belongings. I was confused and asked what was going on. She told me my reservation was for the day before and i MUST get my things OUT NOW. I had even "CONFIRMED" the day before via text that my reservation was for saturday. They were so rude and told me they have no availability and cannot accommodate us and we needed to remove our stuff asap. I asked for a refund and they said "sorry for the miscommunication" and completely ignored my refund request. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RIP OFF.

Everything was fantastic, ideal location and the property feels so safe. They state everything specifically and even have videos on how to get into the complex and everything. If you have issues they answer right away to text or call and even let us get in early to our apartment to get ready for a wedding we were attending in dripping springs. Incredibly accommodating. We were very please and will definitely be back.

First time user of this service. The apartment was nicer than I expected inside, and great location. Everything as expected, or better, apart from the somewhat unexpectedly industrial design of the hallways, which I suppose fits with the "loft" design motif.

Comfy and well priced for the space and location Amazing property at a good price with great amenitied and an awesome location. The space itself was massive and had a huge balcony. Good internet, great vistas and very clean. Good support staff too.
