I appreciated the convenient location. The apartment was modern, generally clean, and included wireless access to both the complex and the unit. However, the customer service experience was lengthy, taking over 17 hours before I was able to access the property. The apartment was clean overall, with the exception of long strands of hair found on the couch and inside the top drawer for clothing. The dryer produced an irritating noise after a few minutes of use, requiring me to air-dry my clothes. The appliances, coffee and tea supplies, towels, and water pressure were all satisfactory, which was a positive aspect. Also, very quiet place, which was great!
