Terrible experience and discriminatory treatment. Do not recommend. During our stay, a fire broke out in the unit due to an electrical malfunction while we were out. Upon our return, we notified them immediately. Instead of providing a solution or relocating us, they decided to evict us in an arbitrary and discriminatory manner before our stay was over. The communication was done entirely over the phone, where they threatened us and refused to listen to our side of the story. To make matters worse, they kept our security deposit and refused to refund the money for the unused nights. They are inflexible, discriminatory, and completely lack professionalism. Avoid this place.

I don't know where to write my response. So here it goes.
Thank you for your response. However, I disagree with your characterization of what happened.
The decision to terminate my stay was made without first hearing my account of the events. I was not present when the fire occurred, and I never used the stovetop or the kitchen. As soon as I entered the unit and discovered the fire damage, I immediately reported it to you and sent photographs documenting what I found.
Despite this, you concluded that I was responsible without asking for my statement or giving me an opportunity to explain what had happened. No one from your team came to the property to meet with me or discuss the situation in person before making the decision to end my stay.
Instead, I was required to leave the property immediately, even though my reservation was still active and fully paid. I was also threatened with the deployment of on-site security and the involvement of law enforcement for alleged trespassing, despite the fact that you had not heard my account or presented any evidence that I was responsible for the fire. I find it deeply concerning that such serious actions were taken based on assumptions rather than a fair review of the facts.
Being forced to leave the property under these circumstances caused me significant distress. After being removed from a fully paid accommodation and threatened in this way, I was left to find alternative lodging on very short notice while in a state of shock and anxiety. This was both extremely difficult and considerably more expensive than it would otherwise have been.
I take fire safety seriously as well, which is precisely why I reported the situation immediately upon discovering it. In addition, several of my personal belongings and my medications were damaged as a result of the fire, causing me significant inconvenience and additional expenses.
I would appreciate it if you would reconsider your conclusions based on all the facts rather than assumptions made without hearing my account. Given the way I was treated, I also believe I am owed a sincere apology for being removed from a fully paid accommodation, threatened without first being heard, and placed in such a distressing situation without evidence establishing that I was responsible.
I remain willing to discuss the refund of my deposit and the unused nights, but I also expect my report and version of events to be fairly considered.
