10/10 Exceptional
I think this was the second or third week of this Kasa opening up. We had a great experience: check-in instructions were easy and intuitive (code for front door, code for room door), the space is bigger than an average hotel room, spotlessly clean, had all the stated amenities which all worked, a comfy king bed, big tub plus a shower, and they left us a nice note and complimentary snacks. There's a tiny stove and a kitchen sink, basic kitchenware, a nespresso machine, microwave, fridge, and a small dining table. Any hotel with the size/amenities/location of this space would have been more expensive. Best of both worlds: size/amenities of an airbnb plus privacy and professional cleaning of a nice hotel.
The neighborhood is a great lower east side location very close to the subway and lots of restaurants, and walking distance to soho shops.
There's no lot but easy parking nearby in Essex Municipal Lot—a 2 minute walk back to the Kasa.
