I would 1000% stay with Kasa again (in Chicago or in any other location)! I’ve done several month-long AirBNB stays and this was probably the best!
-The unit came stocked with all the ‘basics’ to get you started – dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, dryer sheets, power strip, paper towels, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap, basic surface cleaner, trash bags, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, etc. It was plenty to cover me for 4 weeks, but I would anticipate purchasing more depending on your length of stay.
-The Kasa team was SUPER responsive – regardless of platform – texts, emails, AirBNB msgs were all responded to quickly & efficiently and in a friendly and helpful manner. I had some initial communication issues because my texts weren’t going through from my phone. Once I realized the issue, their response went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed and perfect.
