We stayed in a king bedroom on the third floor with city views. The virtual check-in was simple and quick. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Very modern and clean. Our only complaint was that the bed and pillows were not all that comfortable. The bed is a platform design and the mattress was very firm (which is great if that is your thing). The pillows were kind of flat. I had to use 3 to get any decent support. Also, be prepared for Kasa to put a $250 hold on your credit card once you pre check-in (in addition to the rate that Travelocity charges you). The $250 hold is supposed to be refunded after check-out, but I wasn't prepared for that as it seemed to be buried in the fine print on Kasa's site. I am used to hotels putting a hold on my card, but $250 seems a little excessive especially since I paid $155 for the room itself. But all in all, I would probably stay here again for a night or two when we are in the city- I would just bring my own pillow next time, lol. Also, Travelocity states that this property doesn't have an elevator, but it does have one.
