What a beautiful building in an awesome location! The rooms are all quite lovely, each being a little different, with large windows, great beds, pegs lining the walls to hang bags, modular furniture and nice- sized bathrooms. And everyone on their team with whom I had text chats and spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. The Kasa model of remote check-in and communication makes sense as a response to current consumer expectations and to meet COVID safety protocols, but if you stay at Kasa, make sure you come with a hearty dose of patience and persistence, and time, to overcome some of the shortcomings of the systems/processes currently in place.
