Strange
That this hotel does not have a front desk is strange. The only way to get help is to message the virtual front desk, which means you may not actually get what you need right away. I literally did not see a single person during my stay; it felt abandoned. I was only there for a few days, so I didn't need new towels or cleaning service, but apparently that doesn't happen until you check out. The bed was hard. It is a somewhat thin mattress on a low platform without any springs or anything. Kind of felt like I was sleeping on the floor. My mini-fridge was running but room temperature and there was no way to adjust it. I didn't worry too much about it because I didn't absolutely need it, and I was trying to get answers about my check-out first. There are no vending machines or ice machines. Ok, so on the positive side, the room was clean, had adjustable air conditioning, towels were good quality, room lights were adjustable, shower was good, there was a small table with two chairs, keurig and electric kettle, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Not a ton of outlets, and no alarm clock. With the decor I felt they were attempting to be quirky and were successful in that endeavor. I would have preferred a little more traditional hotel, so I probably won't go back.
